Getting started
Drop your photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, iPhone HEIC, or a ZIP of them, up to 200 per batch), or paste them from the clipboard, pick the output size and background, and press Remove backgrounds. Large photos are resized in your browser to 4096 px before upload, so a 40 MB camera file is fine; HEIC photos are converted to JPEG in your browser too. With more than ten photos you can Try 10 first: a spread sample runs, you check the results, then run the rest.
No photos at hand? Try with the sample photos on the start screen: eight product shots already processed, which you can edit and download like any batch. They cost nothing.
While a batch runs you can close the tab: it keeps going on our side and is back under Last batch (or More batches) in the account menu, or by reloading the same address. Results stay for two hours after the batch finishes, then they are deleted. Download what you need before then.
Credits
- 1 credit = 1 photo that comes out clean. Credits are reserved when a batch starts and charged only when a photo finishes with a usable result.
- Failed photos, results our automatic check marks as clearly broken, and reports we verify are refunded automatically.
- Stop a running batch and the photos that had not started yet are refunded at once.
- A retry is a new run of the model and costs one credit.
- Every account starts with 20 credits. Plans (from a marketplace code) give a monthly allowance that refreshes on the activation date and rolls over up to three months’ worth. Plan credits are used first, then bought credits, which never expire while the account is open.
- Every movement is listed on the usage page.
Results
- Needs review on a photo means our automatic check found something clearly wrong (background left in, a hole in the product, …). It is already refunded; retry it, or edit and use it anyway.
- Something wrong that we did not catch? Use Report on the photo and mark the area. We check the marked pixels, without anyone looking at your photo, and refund the credit if the check agrees. Two reports per photo.
- Edit a selection to change size (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, square, custom), background (transparent, white, a colour, an image), position, upscale and tone. Edits are free and instant; nothing goes back to the model.
- Download one photo or a ZIP with your own file names. “Optimize files” keeps each file under its marketplace’s size limit with no visible loss.
Marketplace codes
Bought Cutstack on AppSumo? Sign in, open Redeem a code, paste the licence code, done. One code per account; extra codes bought later are combined into a higher tier by the marketplace and show up automatically. Refunds of marketplace purchases are handled by the marketplace.
Account
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The link in the e-mail is valid for one hour.
- Delete your account from the account menu. Batches are removed immediately, remaining credits are forfeited, and an anonymised accounting record is kept.
Limits
- 200 photos per batch on every plan, 25 MB per photo before resizing, ZIPs up to 100 MB.
- Two batches running at the same time per account; start a third once one finishes or is stopped.
- Outputs up to 8000 px per side.
