Credits and packs, in five answers.
What does a credit buy?
One photo that comes out clean. Edits are free; only a retry costs another credit.
Do credits expire?
No, never. There is no subscription either: buy a pack when you have photos.
What if a result is bad?
Clearly broken ones are refunded on their own. Report the rest: a confirmed report refunds too.
Can I return a pack?
Within 14 days, if none of it has been used. See the refund policy.
Are credits consumed by the API and MCP too?
Yes. One image is one credit, the same credits and the same price as in the studio, whether you or your agent sends it.
How it compares
Per photo, so packs and subscriptions sit on the same line.
